As long as you make your bed when there are people coming to your house or something, I think it's fine to not really make your bed EVERY DAY.

Even though I've always been pestered by my mother to make my bed, I've never really quite understood why. She claims that it looks good and she's probably right but is it really worth making your room look good for about 12-15 hours in the day only to mess it up again daily?
I don't see the point, if we all just stop making our beds it won't seem like a bad thing occuring. There are other things to worry about in this world.
