Is it ever appropriate?

Well... we all have done it, said... heard it. But is it appropriate? Hmmm... I mean in the heat of the emotional moment it may help YOU feel better, but it sure doesn't lessen the blow, nor does it make it appropriate.
Somehow swearing relieves stress.. and in some cases seems to be the only appropriate thing to say?
Sorry... I don't if/when it's appropriate.. but we all still do it.
