Even the NIE of US says tht the prog is peaceful. Still the US is raising the voice of UNSC sanctions on Iran. Even The Nation Estimate Egency (NIE) of US has also reported in thier year long spy report that Iran has halted its Nuclear Program long back in 2003, but still the Bush Administration doesnt seem to leave its fake stand over this issue.

What is the main reason behind this stand? Is US worrying about lost of its leadership in the world or something else??
