I use each for a different task. Of course I default to Google for almost anything and everything, but then if it's a specific search, I do use ask.com.
Yahoo is my back-up as well as windows live for when Google doesn't come through for me.
Yep.. I'm a die-hard Googler.

Reply to post

Though initially it was only google, I use both google and live search equally these days. They have a lot of common results also but I do find unique results on Live search sometimes. Live search had an overhaul recently where they supposedly increased the size of their search index. Personally I think this definitely translated into better results

Reply to post

Google. This isn't even close in my opinion.

I have used plenty others before. I remember before Google I would use about a dozen search engines interchangeably to find the results I was looking for...it was tedious. After being introduced to Google those days soon came to an end. It is by far the most popular search engine and I think this is a case where popularity does equal quality.

Reply to post

I almost always use Google, sometimes when I don't find what I'm looking for I will try Yahoo! and sometimes I will find what I'm searching for there. Sometimes I use other search engines as well. Some computer I use have MSN search as the default search engine on Internet Explorer.
Ask.com can be fun to use from time to time as well.
