Religions do not exist as sources of truth but as a base from which people can gather messages on how to live under different conditions. A "correct" religion is one that adequately serves this function. It is not true per se, though it does offer valuable wisdom to help people guide their actions in a responsible way.

Even if you say no one could ever have an absolute truth, there will still be only one truth. We may never know what it is though. That's the reason why there are so many religions, because we have different perceptions of the truth. and i respect the existence of every religion because its another person's belief. But only one of them could be correct, or none of them. It is impossible for God to exist and not exist at the same time.

The realm of religion is more difficult topic of conversation because it inherently is more abstract. However, I have come to accept the idea of the wheel when referring to religion. Most of the commonplace individuals in this dreary, materialistic world are resolved to the fringes of the wheel, never to move any closer to the center. But those that have faith (any deeper spiritual connection) move along the spokes of the wheel and those enlighten individuals can reach the center which I have come to believe is their individual truth/understanding/enlightenment about existence (not necessarily the same truth--this point would annoy my former roommate and other one religion only people)
It might seem rather ambiguous but spirituality has a nebulous feel.

I am an atheist, but prior to reaching this point in my spiritual journey, I thought long and hard about different religions and even different sects within those religions. The theology I formed for myself was fashioned like a mountain: The peak was heaven/enlightenment/nirvana/whatever apex or finale was preached by various religions. There is not one path to the top of the mountain. Few are easy, all are varied, and all get you to the same place.

Every religion has some kind of meaning to it, and I doubt there is so original a religion anymore that is does not have some kind of higher power, symbolism, goal, etc. that has never been thought of before. If one person chooses a reiligion that is laid back and another chooses a more ascetic religion, neither can be sure of its veracity. It falls on faith and community.
There is doing right by others and there's not. You do the best you can as much as possible. There might be many different rivers, but they all lead to the same ocean.
