I think at the beginning of her response to the question she was actually being sincere. But by the end of her comments you can tell she was starting to see it as a political move and tried to make the most of the moment.
Take it in context though, this hasn't been an easy campaign for Clinton. It's seemed like a struggle from the moment she announced she wanted to run, and then to lose the first primary. I think anyone in that position would be a little emotionally unstable. Just because she slipped and couldn't keep emotions in check doesn't mean we should attack her about it, or flaunt it all over the media. In the end, it shouldn't be taken into account when going to the voting polls.
