Almond

Almond M&Ms, to be precise. I'll settle for peanut, even. I don't do the crispy or peanut butter though.

chocolatey goodness

I would have to pick M&M's, because well...who doesn't like chocolate? And for those who don't prefer the regular chocolate flavor, there are always the other varieties such as peanut/peanut butter, dark chocolate, white chocolate, and so much more!

I'm not a huge fan of artificial fruity flavors or extremely chewy candies. And Skittles are definitely not vegetarian friendly. Need I say more?

Discrimination of colors!

Not only are M&Ms delectable (allowing just the right amount of chocolate into your mouth) and by-pass jaw irritation that comes with prolonged chewing of skittles, but the powerful metaphor they provide makes them even more superior.

With Skittles, you grab a handful, fishing through the pile to avoid some of the unpleasant artificial flavors you may not like. M&M's on the other hand, though produced in an array of colors, all boil down to the same chocolate center- providing a consistent flavor when you need a sugar rush. So often, we get bogged down by the external appearance of individuals- failing to acknowledge our deeper similarities. After all, imagine how much less discrimination our world would face, if everyone realized the powerful metaphor of the M&M...

(though personally, I HAVE always been a fan of the brown and blue m&ms)

i'd rather not taste the rainbow.

M&Ms have a lot going for them.
they are the nation's top-selling candy... and the only candy offered on air force one.
and some colors have their own mythical stories:
the green ones are widely considered aphrodisiacs, and the orange ones are thought to augment breast size. (and i'm not even making this up, i'm reading this straight out of a book)

plus, there are actually 21 different colors of M&Ms available: black, blue, light blue, dark blue, brown, cream, gold, gray, green, aqua green, teal green, dark green, maroon, orange, pink, dark pink, purple, light purple, red, white, and yellow.

just something to think about.

M&M minis

probably neither and imma have to go with starburst or something. skittles used to be the bomb but when i was little i used to eat them in the car, and i have motion sickness so you can imagine why i now don't like them anymore. and M&Ms its almost the perfect amt of chocolate. i like peanut m&ms and M&M minis. also its cool that you can customize your m&ms

M&M's more than once use...

m&m's are more than just a snack based candy, they offer variety of fun ways to exercise your creativity whether its combining it with ice cream or placing them in cookies. m&m cookies are simply...amazing.

The same creative factor doesn't always associate with skittles as a majority of people would find skittle ice cream or cookies rather distasteful. Skittles do however offer a variety of flavors that m&m's do not however I often find myself getting sick of skittles even before I finish the package, m&m's do not have the same effect on my taste buds.

m&m's are simply more ubiquitous in many of our desserts (brownies, cookies, icecream, cakes) and there is certainly a reason why: they are a superior candy.

M&Ms

They're made of chocolate. Need I say more? :)

Edit: Apparently I do need to say more, because there is a 100 character minimum. Well, they're colorful, and the name is fun to say, too!

M&Ms all the way

M&Ms are absolutely amazing, with the lovely varieties of the original, peanut, the crispy ones, and the various seasonal colors and flavors.

All of the Skittles tastes so gross and medicine-like; they'd be better if the flavors were less artificial and if the lemon ones actually tasted like lemons and the limes tasted like limes, if you catch my drift.

Plus Skittles have those weird chewy mints--the government should OUTLAW chewy mints. Mints were never meant to be chewy!

Re: M&M's more than once use...

Replied to: M&M's more th...
Fun fact -- Steven Spielberg approached M&Ms for product placement for a movie he was shooting. M&M said "no thanks". He went with Reese's Pieces instead. The movie? E.T., of course. The M&M exec in charge? Probably fired.
