Beatles sound better

They both had the skill and flexibility to try out different sounds and styles and contributed a lot to rock and music in general. However, I think through it all, the Beatles really just sounded better with everything they did. It's not that I don't like Mick Jagger's voice. The Beatles sound more harmonious I guess. Sounds kind of shallow of me, but that's what music is to some extent, isn't it? It's supposed to be pleasing to the ears.

No comparison

The Beatles made it possible for the Stones. Both are great bands, but the Beatles' music is brilliant and you hear it in every good song. My kids sing the same Beatles songs as my parents.
