Re: There's always a midpoint
You don't have to choose from just two extremes of love and money. If you absolutely hate math, you don't have to major in something so centered around it just because the field pays well. There are a ton of other career options out there that pay fairly well. I don't think you have to absolutely love your job with no regard to how much it pays. What if someone really really loves standing on a street corner and playing the sax all day for spare change, but they...

Mental health issues are somewhat linked to physical illness and injury anyway. Certain emotional disorders can leave you with constantly high blood pressure which can lead to a heart-attack down the road. I don't know enough about digital cameras to hold any significant opinion on the cameras of today, but having grown up on my dad's extensive camera collection I feel Nikon stands (stood?) way above the rest among both the middle-range and high-end categories in terms of user-friendliness, image quality and overall capabilities. (I'm kind of sad to see film becoming obsolete.)

They both had the skill and flexibility to try out different sounds and styles and contributed a lot to rock and music in general. However, I think through it all, the Beatles really just sounded better with everything they did. It's not that I don't like Mick Jagger's voice. The Beatles sound more harmonious I guess. Sounds kind of shallow of me, but that's what music is to some extent, isn't it? It's supposed to be pleasing to the ears.
